InGen and RevGen, by Alpha Agentic Intelligence

Governed AI for investment decisions, business strategy and revenue growth.

InGen helps investment teams evaluate opportunities, investigate risks and prepare diligence. RevGen helps businesses and portfolio companies find growth, improve profitability and monitor performance. In both, every output traces back to its evidence and people approve what matters.

Two products

One for the investment decision. One for the growth that follows.

InGen

  • Screen targets against your mandate
  • Analyse financials and test management’s numbers
  • Record each risk with the document behind it
  • Prepare committee material from reviewed findings

Private equity · Venture capital · Family offices · Corporate M&A

RevGen

What you get

See the result, not a description of it.

Both products produce work a colleague can check. These are real screens from InGen and RevGen, shown with demonstration data.

InGen · Teaser screening · Project Atlas
InGen screening report for Project Atlas. A yellow banner warns that confidence is low because the screening is based on a blind teaser. An executive summary describes a temperature-controlled logistics operator in East Africa with US$59.0m revenue. A green decision panel reads Clear to proceed, mandate fit 82%, followed by key drivers that quote the teaser with page references.

InGen: screening a deal

  1. 1A warning when the evidence is thin. Here InGen says the result is directional only, because it has seen just a blind teaser.
  2. 2A summary anyone on the team can read, with the numbers and the open questions.
  3. 3A decision with a mandate-fit score, and the drivers behind it quoting the page they came from.

RevGen: asking about revenue

  1. 1A plain-English question, answered from your own records. Missing data is stated, never guessed.
  2. 2The customers, owners and values behind the answer, with links to open each record.
  3. 3A suggested action with what it is worth. A person decides whether to create the draft.
RevGen · Which deals are stalled?
RevGen answering the question Which deals are stalled. It is marked Governed, with the date the data was last received. It lists four open deals with no activity for 139 days in a table showing customer, owner, stage, expected value and silent days, links to the supporting customer and opportunity records, and suggests recovering the four deals, worth £116,351 to £187,000, with a Create draft button.

Together

From evaluating an investment to growing the company.

The risks InGen records before a deal become the indicators RevGen tracks after it. Investors and management work from the same evidence.

    Screen

Find and compare targets against the mandate.

Test the numbers. Record risks with their evidence.

Underneath

Shared capabilities, not separate products.

  • Plain-English analysis

Ask questions of financials, CRM and ERP data in ordinary language and get an answer with its workings. This is the capability we call Generative BI. It sits inside InGen’s financial analysis and RevGen’s performance monitoring.
  • Coordinated agents

Specialised agents for research, extraction, analysis and drafting work together on a task, under one set of permissions and one log.
  • Security and governance

Access controls, approvals, audit records and deployment arrangements are shared by both products, so they are reviewed once and apply everywhere.

Governance

Built so the work can be checked.

These products inform decisions about investments, customers and money. The people accountable for those decisions need to see where an answer came from and to control what happens next.

Evidence traceability

Findings cite the document, page or record they came from. Calculations keep their workings. Unsupported claims are marked as unsupported.

Human approvals

People review findings and approve actions. The record shows who checked what, and what is still unchecked.

Access controls

Access is set by deal, account or business unit. Access and actions are logged.

Deployment options

Where the products run and where data is held are agreed and documented with each client before any data is loaded.

Corporate strategy

Connecting corporate strategy to CRM and ERP data

Most strategies are written once a year and tested against anecdote. The data needed to test them continuously is already in the systems the business runs on.
